Talent

We don't represent creators. We match them.

Follower count tells you reach. It does not tell you whether an audience overlaps the customers already paying you.

    How matching works.

Three steps, in order. The read comes first, and the creator list is an output of it.

    Cohorts named

Your customer file produces a behavioral spine, and your surfaces plus a discovery call produce the worldview. The output is three named cohorts inside your top fifteen percent, not age brackets.

    Creators scored

Every candidate is scored against those cohorts on audience overlap, content signal, and category fit. It is a fit read, not a popularity read.

    Ranked and rejected

You get the ranked list, the reject list with a reason on each, and the archetype gaps nobody on your current list fills.

    RANKED FIT LIST
Candidates ordered by cohort fit, each tagged with the cohort it indexes against.
    REJECT LIST
Who was cut and why. Usually more useful than the ranked list.
    ARCHETYPE GAPS
Cohorts your current creator mix does not reach.
    POST-PROGRAM ATTRIBUTION
What came back, tied to the same customer file the cohorts came from.

The read first. The program second.

When the read points at a creator program, we run it. Product logistics are handled, capture happens on a branded page, and results tie back to the same customer file the cohorts came from.

    Start with the cohorts.

Creator matching without a cohort read is follower count with extra steps.
