Terms for Nufero pages

Who these terms are for

These terms cover the public pages you can create on nufero.com: pages for a business, a creator or a venue. By creating an account or using your page you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not create a page.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for everything that happens under it. Keep your password private, tell us if you think someone else has used your account, and give us a working email address so we can reach you.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you set up a page for a business, a team or a venue, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it.

What you can put on your page

You are responsible for what your page says and shows. Everything you add must be accurate and lawful, and must be yours to use or something you have permission to use.

Do not post anything that is illegal, hateful, threatening, deceptive, sexually explicit or that harms or exploits children. Do not post anything that infringes someone else's rights, shares private information about other people, or pretends to be another person or business. Do not use your page to spread malware or to send spam.

Links

Each link on your page must go to content, a shop, a profile or a service that you own or that you are allowed to promote. Do not link to anything that breaks the rules above, to scams or phishing pages, or to pages that hide where they really lead.

Links on your page are sent through a tracked redirect on nufero.com so that you can see how many people use them. We record that a link was used and where the visit came from. We do not guarantee that a destination will stay available or that its owner will welcome the traffic.

Our right to suspend or remove pages

Every new page is reviewed before it goes live. We can approve it, ask you to change it, or decline it.

We can suspend an account, hide a page, remove a link or delete content at any time if we think these terms have been broken, if the law or a third party requires it, or if the page puts people or our service at risk. When we reasonably can, we will tell you why. A suspended account can still be read but cannot be changed.

No guarantees

We provide pages and links as they are. We work to keep nufero.com running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free or free of loss, and we do not promise any amount of traffic, sales or reach.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nufero is not liable for indirect or lost profits, or for losses that come from your use of your page or from the content and links of other people. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a change that matters we will tell you by email or on your account page. If you keep using your page after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can stop using your page and ask us to delete it.
